Terms of Service

Important: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mirage Agency Ltd. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

1Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Mirage Agency Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (Private Limited Company), registered under number 13032036, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (hereinafter “LikesPrime” or “the Provider”), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Client”) making a purchase on https://likesprime.com.

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of digital marketing and social media promotion services offered by LikesPrime.

2Acceptance of Terms

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Client acknowledges having read these Terms before placing an order.

The applicable Terms are those in effect at the date of the order. LikesPrime reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication and do not apply to orders already placed.

The Client declares that they are of legal age (18 years or older) or hold authorization from their legal representative, and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3Services Offered

LikesPrime provides digital marketing and social media promotion services, including but not limited to:

  • Provision of followers, subscribers and members on major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc.)
  • Provision of likes, reactions, favorites and interactions
  • Provision of views (videos, stories, reels, shorts, streams)
  • Provision of custom comments, shares and engagement
  • AI-powered profile analysis and optimization tools

Each service is described in detail on its dedicated page, including quantities, quality levels (Standard, High Quality, Premium), estimated delivery times, and applicable pricing. Service descriptions form an integral part of these Terms.

The services offered are exclusively intended for personal, non-commercial content promotion. It is strictly prohibited to use the services for illegal purposes, electoral manipulation, harassment, or distribution of hateful content.

4Ordering Process

The ordering process is as follows:

  1. 1Service selection: The Client selects the service, platform, quantity, and desired quality level.
  2. 2Required information: The Client provides the URL or username of the target profile/content. No password is ever requested.
  3. 3Summary and cart: The Client reviews the order summary, applies any promo code or store credit, then validates the cart.
  4. 4Payment: The Client proceeds to payment via one of the accepted payment methods.
  5. 5Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent with the order number and details. Processing begins immediately after payment validation.

5Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) inclusive of all taxes. LikesPrime reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order validation.

Accepted payment methods include: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and store credit (from cashback or promotional credits).

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. The order is processed only after the payment has been confirmed. In case of payment failure, the order is cancelled automatically.

6Delivery

Delivery of services begins automatically after payment confirmation. Indicative delivery times are specified on each service page. These are estimates and may vary depending on platform conditions and order volume.

The delivery method (progressive or instant) depends on the service selected. Progressive delivery is spread over several hours or days to ensure a natural result.

The Client acknowledges that delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. LikesPrime shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, technical issues, or force majeure events.

7Guarantee & Replacement

LikesPrime provides a replacement guarantee for all services. The guarantee period varies by service and quality level (30, 60, or 90 days) as specified on each service page.

During the guarantee period, if a loss is detected (drop in followers, likes, etc.), LikesPrime will automatically replace the lost quantity at no additional cost. The Client may also request replacement via their dashboard or by contacting support.

The guarantee does not apply if: the Client changed their username or made their profile private, the Client violated platform terms resulting in account action, or the Client used third-party services that may conflict with the delivered services.

8Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

However, by placing an order, the Client expressly agrees that the provision of digital services begins immediately after payment confirmation. The Client therefore acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service delivery has commenced, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

9Refund Policy

A full or partial refund may be granted in the following cases: non-delivery of the service within 72 hours of the estimated timeframe, delivery of a quantity more than 20% below the ordered amount (after expiry of the guarantee period), or a technical error attributable to LikesPrime.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date via the Client dashboard or by contacting support. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

No refund will be granted if the service has been fully delivered, if the Client's account has been suspended by the platform for reasons unrelated to our services, or if the loss occurred after the guarantee period.

10Client Obligations

The Client agrees to: provide accurate profile/content information, maintain their profile as public during the delivery period, not change their username during delivery, not use competing services simultaneously, and comply with the terms of use of the target social media platforms.

11Prohibited Use

The following uses of our services are strictly prohibited: promoting illegal, violent, discriminatory, or pornographic content; electoral manipulation or political propaganda; harassment, cyberbullying, or defamation; impersonating another person or entity; any use contrary to platform terms of service; and resale of services without prior written authorization.

LikesPrime reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these prohibitions, without refund.

12Relationship with Platforms

LikesPrime is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform (Instagram/Meta, TikTok/ByteDance, YouTube/Google, Twitter/X Corp., etc.).

Platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. The Client acknowledges that the use of social media marketing services is at their own risk and that LikesPrime cannot be held liable for actions taken by platforms against the Client's account.

13Intellectual Property

All elements of the LikesPrime website — including texts, images, graphics, logos, software, source code, and databases — are the exclusive property of Mirage Agency Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of the website without prior written authorization from Mirage Agency Ltd is strictly prohibited.

14Limitation of Liability

LikesPrime's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific order in question.

LikesPrime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.

15Data Protection

LikesPrime processes your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For details about data collection, use, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy.

16Amendments to Terms

LikesPrime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the last update. Substantial changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance.

17Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Client's country of residence.
